Alta val Tidone

Beautiful counterclockwise ride in upper Tidone valley, you go through beautiful woods and, from Casamatti, follow the Tidone trail, to be done on dry ground.

It starts from the Molato dam wall. I am sure it is open on Saturday and Sunday, don't know about other days. Asphalt until after Moline then dirt road to Zavatterello.

Again asphalt to Pietragavina pass where you go up the Mount Alpe dirt road into a nice forest, then down to Casamatti on trail .

Now follow the Tidone Po path to Pozzallo, Praticchia, costa Lazzarello, with continuous ups and downs, always in the woods, leave the path and arrive of San Silverio.

Short asphalt then short descent and ascent to Mt. Bissolo where I descended from the "MAMBA" descent with avaricious steeps and very driven and quite challenging. I recommend to those who are not very confident to descend from "LA BLU ", easier and smoother.

It comes out at the dam wall.

Water is at the Casamatti fountain, it is in the trail, and after 1 km at the source of the Tidone, it is indicated by arrows and you pass by it.
